Entrepreneur. Author. Speaker.
Steven Hauck is an entrepreneur, real estate developer, construction executive, author, and speaker whose life has been shaped by adversity, transformation, and an unwavering belief that who you become is determined by what you do today.
Steven's path was anything but traditional. A difficult childhood, homelessness as a teenager, addiction, and major setbacks could have determined the direction of his life.
They didn't.
"The man had to change before the life could change."
Through sobriety, discipline, and a relentless commitment to becoming better, Steven rebuilt his life—and went on to build successful businesses, a substantial real estate portfolio, a family, and a future that once seemed impossible.
Steven is the founder of two eight-figure businesses spanning construction and real estate. His perspective comes from building companies, leading people, managing risk, and making decisions when the stakes are real.
SJ Hauck Construction
Steven is the founder and president of SJ Hauck Construction, a specialty construction company with deep roots in house lifting and structural moving.
